1. Introduction
Medi Act App Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Medi Act", "Company", "we", or "our"), located at 3850 Rama IV Rd, Phra Khanong, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand, provides online medical staff scheduling and recruitment services via website and application (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Services"). These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for accessing and using our Services. By accessing or using our Services, you unconditionally agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Services.
2. Acceptance of Terms

- Users who wish to use Medi Act must register an account by providing accurate information, such as Username, Email, ID Card Number, Phone Number, Address, Age, and Password.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and personal information, including preventing unauthorized access. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at the Company's discretion.
4. Scope of Use
Users may use Medi Act solely for purposes related to scheduling and tracking for medical personnel. It is prohibited to use the Medi Act website or application for illegal, immoral acts, or contrary to its intended purpose, such as hacking data, spreading false information, or copying content.
5. Purchases and Payments
Users can make purchases or payments on our website/application. We may support one-time payments and recurring payments. You agree to pay all charges incurred by your account at the prices in effect at that time.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content and features on Medi Act, including software, design, images, logos, and text, are the intellectual property of Medi Act or relevant service providers and are protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws. Features related to Tracking Solutions and ad displays are part of Medi Act services. Copying, modifying, distributing, or publishing content on Medi Act without written permission is prohibited.
7. User Content
Users can upload content such as job information, images, or text. Users are responsible for the content they create or share and warrant that such content does not infringe on the copyright or rights of others. Medi Act reserves the right to review, delete, or modify content that violates policies, laws, or terms of use. Users grant Medi Act the right to use submitted content in an unrestricted manner, such as publishing or improving that content.
8. Privacy
Medi Act has a policy to collect personal data such as username, ID card number, phone number, email address, shipping address, location, age, and payment information. We will not publish your personal data without permission. We use Cookies, Local Storage, and Sessions, including Tracking Solutions technologies such as Web Beacons to improve user experience and analyze marketing. We may request permission to access Geolocation, Camera, and Photo Gallery to provide complete services. All data collection and usage will be in accordance with the specified Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
Medi Act is not responsible for damages that may arise from use, including data loss, delays, or software errors. We do not guarantee that the service will be flawless, virus-free, or compatible with all devices. Users accept all risks that may arise from using Medi Act and agree that using the information or services provided is at the user's own discretion.
10. Termination of Use
Medi Act reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if a violation of terms, misuse of service, or negative impact on the system is found. Users can cancel their accounts at any time by contacting the specified support channels. However, users remain responsible for expenses or obligations incurred prior to termination.
11. Changes to Terms
Medi Act can update the terms by notifying through the app/website. Changes will take effect immediately after announcement, and continued use will be deemed as your acceptance of the newly updated terms.
12. Disputes and Governing Law
Disputes arising from these terms will be handled through negotiation. If unsuccessful, Thai law and Thai courts will have jurisdiction for judgment.

14. Additional Conditions

- 14.2 Third-Party Software: Users agree to comply with the terms of external software used within the app/website.
- 14.3 Waiver: The Company's failure to enforce a right in certain cases does not constitute a waiver of that right under the law.
- 14.4 Language: These terms are drafted in Thai. In the event of a translation into another language, the Thai version shall prevail.
